  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Process Analysis:
    • Analyze customer process flows and requirements to ensure solutions align with their operational needs.
    • Provide tailored technical solutions based on customer specifications.
  • Proof of Concept (POC):
    • Develop and present Proof of Concepts (POC) to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
    • Work closely with customers to validate POC results and ensure they meet expectations.
  • Field Feedback & Reporting:
    • Gather and analyze feedback from field operations and customers.
    • Report and review feedback with internal teams to make necessary improvements or adjustments to solutions.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Consolidate customer requirements and effectively communicate them to internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with project objectives and client expectations.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to machine vision applications and other technologies.
  • SECS/GEM Integration:
    • Familiarity with SECS/GEM standards is a plus, particularly in integrating communication protocols in manufacturing systems.
  • Machine Vision & Automation:
    • Experience in machine vision applications is highly desirable, particularly in optimizing manufacturing processes using automation.
  • Mechanical & Software Understanding:
    • Strong knowledge of both mechanical systems and software logic, enabling effective communication between engineering and technical teams.
  • Project Management:
    • Work on tasks similar to those of a Technical Project Manager (TPM), ensuring timely delivery of solutions, resource allocation, and adherence to project timelines.

    • Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in application engineering, with a focus on machine vision, automation, or a related industry.
    • Skills: Strong understanding of SECS/GEM standards, machine vision applications, and both mechanical and software concepts.
    • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and work within cross-functional teams.
