• Responsible to execute marketing strategies in increasing publications exposure and
awareness in the market.
• Network with individual and businesses to generate and identify business opportunity.
• Stay abreast global market information, research competition information.
• Responsible for promoting and carrying out marketing activities.
• To proactively build existing business and generate new business opportunities.
• Provide customer service through good rapport and relationships.
• Evaluate customer research, market condition and competitor.
• Develops marketing strategies for the market to ensure attainment of Company’s sales goal
and profitability.
• Coordinate with sales team.
• Provides sales direction to sales team.
• Any ad-hoc or other duties assigned by superior / management.
Responsibility & Accountability
• Develop marketing strategy for company in line with company objectives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Overseeing company marketing budget.
• Create and publicity marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• To plan and implement promotional campaign.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring result.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communication.
• Create wide range of different marketing materials.
• Assist in new product launches
• To maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company
functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• To analyses potential strategic partner relationship for company marketing.
• Create marketing presentation and liaise with media and advertising.
Qualification Required
• Degree in Business Management/ marketing or its equivalents.
• Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Knowledge in relevant product and industry
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Good organization and planning skills
• Leadership skills (ability to lead and motivate a team)
• Good business sense and budgeting skills
