Quality Assurance

Academic Quality
1. Manage version control and revision process for programme structure and course curricula
2. Coordinate preparation for external audits

Quality system maintenance and certification
3. Manage document version control for procedures, rules, policies for internal process control and imposed to students
4. Coordinate periodic review of processes throughout the university
5. Monitor updates on external regulatory documents including circulars from MQA and MOHE
6. Organise Management Review meetings
7. Liaise with certification bodies and coordinate preparation and the certification audit

Inspection and improvement
8. Audit academic and administrative processes for internal and external compliances

Qualifications
At least a Bachelor’s in any related field (Management and education are preferred).

Experience and competence
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a quality management
At least 1 time experience as auditor in an internal quality audit
