Project Manager (Construction)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects from start to finish.
Review projects thoroughly to set schedules and estimate costs.
Supervise onsite and offsite construction to ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor daily work progress.
Create reports on project status for internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively plan and resolve issues.
Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits/licenses.
Analyze and manage project risks.
Maintain quality standards and proper construction techniques.

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
At least 10 years of working experience in building construction especially in railway, roadwork/bridge construction.

This move accelerated the development of company which gain greater recognition and marketing.
