1. Reply and answer the enquiries and support documents to help sales team generate business leads.
2. Monitor and organize leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, calls etc.
3. Provide guidance to students regarding their choice of courses and programs and support sales management by completing orders and keeping to understand students’ needs.
4. Contribute to overall students’ satisfaction by promptly answering emails and phone calls.
5. Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
6. Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that we give good service to students.
7. Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining Monthly Sales Reports.
