9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of all marketing projects, analyzing results to optimize future campaigns.
10. Bring in qualified leads to the company by continuously improving lead-generation tactics.


Requirements:
1. Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience in the retail or fashion industry.
2. Marketing-related certification or degree.
3. Strong understanding of fashion trends, market behavior, and consumer preferences.
4. Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
5. Competitive, goal-driven attitude with a passion for achieving outstanding marketing result
6. Outstanding public relations (PR) skills and the ability to manage relationships with influencers, media, and other external partners.
7. Passion for fashion and ability to work creatively within a brand framework.
8. Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other cross-functional teams

* Have knowledge in digital marketing skills (including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising)
