Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
• Position Title: Operations Executive/ Sales Support
• Working Location: Changi
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3500 + $200 (Transport Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily rate inquiries from local and international stakeholders.
• Timely response to all inquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, ensure timely billing, and close job files efficiently.
• Handle all necessary shipping documentation and perform duties related to shipping operations.
• Process customs declarations for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate import and export operations to guarantee timely delivery in line with client timelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
