Responsibility:

- Creative Conceptualization: Conceive and develop creative concepts and visual designs for brand identity, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns. This involves translating brand values and messaging into compelling visual elements.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, and messaging across all brand assets and touchpoints. This includes adhering to brand guidelines and standards to maintain brand integrity and recognition.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design deliverables with business objectives and client requirements. This involves working closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to achieve shared goals.

- Design Execution: Execute design projects from concept to final delivery, utilizing graphic design software and tools to create high-quality visual assets. This includes producing design mockups, illustrations, and layouts for various applications.

- Content Creation: Execute content creation for social media with photography and videography. This includes photo and video editing and graphic design on content if required. Ability to execute via smartphone is welcome & encouraged.

- Project Management: Manage design projects, timelines, and resources effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. This involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in arts, graphic design, or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field
- Knowledge and proficiency in Graphic Design Tools, Webflow and able to do content creation & phone videography is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent
- Good command in Mandarin and English, both speaking and writing
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
