Responsibilities:

  • Process and coordinate daily sales orders and delivery arrangements.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, phone calls, requests, etc.
  • Handle day to day sales administration operation related to after sales service.
  • Prepare sales order, delivery order, sales invoice and related documentation as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring payment collection.
  • Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts in a timely manner for management review to aid in the decision-making process.
  • Support other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate in Microsoft office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Required language(s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. Preferred candidates who are proficient in Mandarin language to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Independent and a team player.
  • Must possess own transport.
