Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate daily sales orders and delivery arrangements.
- Respond to customer enquiries, phone calls, requests, etc.
- Handle day to day sales administration operation related to after sales service.
- Prepare sales order, delivery order, sales invoice and related documentation as needed.
- Assist in monitoring payment collection.
- Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts in a timely manner for management review to aid in the decision-making process.
- Support other ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Computer literate in Microsoft office.
- Good communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Required language(s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. Preferred candidates who are proficient in Mandarin language to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Independent and a team player.
- Must possess own transport.
