Administrative Support

Onboarding And Offboarding

⢠Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

⢠Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, retrieval of company property, and updating employee records.

Compliance And Reporting

⢠Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records for audits.

⢠Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation to government authorities as needed.

⢠Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

General HR Support

⢠Assist with payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

⢠Support performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews and tracking employee performance data.

⢠Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Job Requirements

⢠Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency.

⢠Strong organisational and time-management skills.

⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

⢠Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

⢠Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

⢠Knowledge Malaysia employment laws and regulations.

⢠Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

⢠Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
