Job Responsibilities
- Plan on Customer Demand Loading &liaise with scheduler to meet the Internal Loading plan and Customer Shipment plan
- Able to work effectively crossfunctionally, both internally and externally and need to dealing with overseas customer from Europe, Mexico, USA , China, Local.
- Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with internal customers and customers by providing timely and accurate information.
- High level of analytical ability
- Continual development of organizational skillsincluding the abilityto prioritize, handlemultiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Resolve materials andcapacity constraints
- Manage VMI andsubcontractor management
- Generate regular Reportsas specified to Department Manager on Material Status, Inventory Level, Quality and Delivery Status, Safety Related Issues, Saving Derived and etc
- Ensure OTD ( On Time Delivery ) & customer satisfaction and achieve Personal and Departmental Goals.
- Any other ad-hoctask which require time to time
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies
- Knowledge of Materials Management
- Ability to workindependently and self-directed
- Able to read and write English / Malay and Chinese
Education or FormalTraining
- Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent Training
Experience Required
- At least 3 years of working experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Manufacturing or related to Supply Chain activities.
- Knowldege in MRP /ERP System .
- Knowldege in BOM ( Bill of Material).
- Good follow up skill .
- Knowledge in ISO9001 and IATF16949 will be an added advantage.
