Job Responsibilities

  • Plan on Customer Demand Loading &liaise with scheduler to meet the Internal Loading plan and Customer Shipment plan
  • Able to work effectively crossfunctionally, both internally and externally and need to dealing with overseas customer from Europe, Mexico, USA , China, Local.
  • Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with internal customers and customers by providing timely and accurate information.
  • High level of analytical ability
  • Continual development of organizational skillsincluding the abilityto prioritize, handlemultiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Resolve materials andcapacity constraints
  • Manage VMI andsubcontractor management
  • Generate regular Reportsas specified to Department Manager on Material Status, Inventory Level, Quality and Delivery Status, Safety Related Issues, Saving Derived and etc
  • Ensure OTD ( On Time Delivery ) & customer satisfaction and achieve Personal and Departmental Goals.
  • Any other ad-hoctask which require time to time

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies

  • Knowledge of Materials Management
  • Ability to workindependently and self-directed
  • Able to read and write English / Malay and Chinese

Education or FormalTraining

  • Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent Training

Experience Required

  • At least 3 years of working experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Manufacturing or related to Supply Chain activities.
  • Knowldege in MRP /ERP System .
  • Knowldege in BOM ( Bill of Material).
  • Good follow up skill .
  • Knowledge in ISO9001 and IATF16949 will be an added advantage.
