Qualifications & experience

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction field
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to carry out necessary site coordination works.

Tasks & responsibilities

Familiar with overall site works, and coordination to ensure completion of works within required standards, quality and targeted schedules.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with sub contractors and other site parties related to the project and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, updates, and approvals.
To coordinates the site team to ensure collaboration and and to ensure overall progress going towards the right direction and assist project manager on proceeding site necessary works
To control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality.
