  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Export Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team and lead our export operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire export process, guiding the export team to achieve high performance, and developing strategies to drive business growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective export strategies to meet company sales targets and support growth objective.
  • Manage and lead the export team, and guidance to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee the entire export process, including order processing, documentation, shipping, and delivery, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners to foster business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, development, production, and finance to ensure the smooth execution of export orders.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on export activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
  • Direct reporting to the General Manager.
  • Ability to travel internationally as need.
  • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management or international sales.
  • Fluency in English and Malay is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese or Japanese is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
