It is our commitment to offer a wide range of quality and affordable braking system products because ‘Emerald Cares About Your Safety And Life.’ We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Account Assistant to be part of our team, to ensure timely submission, accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data.

General Responsibility

  • Assist in handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger including of preparing invoices, credit notes, debit notes, receipts, checking supporting entries, reconciliations, fixed assets management, monitoring credit control and aged collection; and administrative duties.
  • Maintain accounting system, internal controls and to ensure adherence to company procedures/policies.
  • Maintaining daily record keeping and filing of documents.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

    • Requirements

    • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy and/or equivalent;
    • Responsible, possess good working attitude, time management skill and can meet deadlines.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required.
    • Good command of English both in written and spoken communication.
    • Commitment & good work attitude.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
