Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the overall warehouse and logistic operation, ensuring the daily operations are carried out smoothly, efficiently and in compliance to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures & guidelines from the regulatory bodies.
- Lead, supervise, coach and train the warehouse and logistic personnel ensuring all are able to meet the competency requirement when carrying out their responsibilities.
- Inventory control, including inventory accuracy, healthy inventory level and permanent consignment.
- To meet the field team’s request (assets &n inventory).
- Optimize the utilization of available resources such as manpower, medical instruments & equipment, facilities and storage area to meet market demand.
- Problem solving and work towards elevating the overall performance of Warehouse & Logistic function.
- Negotiating and monitoring the contracts with service providers and non-stocks related suppliers.
- Ensure workplace’s health and safety requirements are met.
- Cultivate a culture of professionalism among team members.
- Periodical review the SOP.
- To perform any other function and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
