  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the following:

  • To oversee the daily operations of the IT infrastructure (Networking, Hardware, Software and Services)
  • To carry out assigned new initiatives and routine maintenance tasks regarding server management, networking, telecommunications and all hardware service.
  • To assist in new technology evaluation including security consideration, to create and maintain good technical documentation
  • To perform system performance monitoring, problems identification, troubleshooting, failure recovery and proactive maintenance and assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources inclusive equipment purchase requisition.
  • To manage IT projects to ensure milestones are reached and deliverables are realized in a timely manner with issues and problems tracked closely and escalation process established.
  • To guide & work with the team in the daily support of operational activities and provide IT support to all end users.
  • To be in charge in the change management and capacity management procedures, responsible for IT budgeting & project RFP
  • In-depth knowledge on SAP, SQL database, Power BI, ASP.net, C# and Microsoft 365 SharePoint.
  • To align and implement Digitalization projects in tune with PSC Corporation (HQ).

Job Specifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Programming, with minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience, preferable in a FMCG environment. ERP Project Implementation experience. SAP experience is a must.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware including Server, PC, network equipment problems, basic understanding of Firewall, UTM etc.
  • Basic to intermediate scripting skills and LAMP administration skills.
  • Those with system engineer experience (min. 2 years) or MCSA/MCSE certificate will be advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills.
