Overview of the Position:
The role involves interacting with customers to address their concerns, answer questions, and assist with their needs. It also supports department management in ensuring efficiency, organization, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- To handle calls from customers, Dealers and salesman for outdoor services.
- To obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of inquiries and to determine possible causes, and to propose appropriate solutions.
- To create job sheet in Navision.
- To prepare monthly CSS report.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, with an added advantage if able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills & vigilant on calls waiting and helpdesk enquiry.
- Self-motivated, fast leaner, positive attitude, able to meet timeline and perform well under pressure.
