Formulation of Marketing Plan & Monitoring of Marketing Budget
1. To conduct research, conceive ideas, recommend, implement and control marketing plans for the company's businesses.
2. To analyze market intelligence relating to consumers, markets and competitors and update all environmental (PEST), marco and micro data and
present records as requested.
3. Actively participates in establishing annual and monthly sales and budgeting forecast to meet the company's management accounts and
business objectives.
Advertising & Promotional Activities
1. To assist in the Planning and Control / Promotional Activities, I.e. Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Sponsorship, Personal Selling,
Packaging, Direct Marketing, Product Launch, etc.
2. Responsible for identifying and selecting promotions and advertising tools, and to assist in developing and implementing sales incentives and
trade promotions.
3. To assist in the formulation of effective budgeting, scheduling, implementing and maintain effective internal control procedures on promotional activities.
4. Act as the key liaison to the company's media agencies and vendors for on-going promotional campaigns and supervise the implementation
of marketing communications activities.
Monitoring of Products Development & Centre Development Activities
1. Analyze and monitor the expansion of business outlets database of each brands.
2. Monitor the monthly sales target achievement of the appointed centre (MPD scheme).
3. To ensure all POS material are effectively distribute and display at appointed dealer's shop.
Compilation of Market Information
1. Responsible for market intelligence and information gathering, preparation and analysing competitor's products, pricing, distribution and
promotional strategies.
Market Visit
1. Through frequent market visits, play a synergistic and coordinating role with the sales team so as to enhance customer service and
effective implementation of business objectives with main focus on dealer development.
Maintaining of Company Website
1. To maintain the company website and liaise with the website agency to develop and updating the latest information such as marketing activities, dealers network and etc.
Others Marketing & Business Development Activities
1. To perform presentations of Company Overview, Marketing activities to the major Principals.
2. To assist in new business development activities.
3. Any other duties as assigned by the management to meet corporate business objectives.
