  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Providing effective technical support in end user computing hardware and software issues including diagnosis and troubleshooting and service requests delivery.

  • Performing hardware repairs on customer equipment such as servers, desktops, notebooks, tablets, and printers
  • Give accurate service to end users
  • Perform software upgrades and configuration enhancements
  • Ensure all requests from user are logged and right procedures are followed
  • Documented success in maintaining problem status and resolution information in ticketing database

Desktop OS Security Patches, Antivirus Patches, and Support security finding and fixing.

  • Ensure Desktop OS patches and Antivirus data files being pushed and updated according to severity and set schedules
  • Remove desktop/laptop’s administration right from users who are not required
  • Ensure desktop and mobile devices security being reviewed and enforced accordingly

IT Asset Management.

  • Maintain and update IT hardware and software license inventory
  • Perform IT Assets housekeeping regularly, and maintain the hardware stock level for ongoing support
  • Initiate the IT asset procurement and disposal process

Required Skills:

  • Candidate must possess at least a basic diploma/degree from a recognized university in relevant/related course.
  • Required skill(s): independent, good interpersonal skill, Good command in English and Bahasa, MS Office.

  • High sense of urgency
