Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify optimal content promotion trends to increase product interest, attract new brand users, and drive sales.
- Handle the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, including approaching suitable KOLs/Influencers, creating and presenting briefs, reviewing KOL drafts, and reporting performance.
- Manage overall campaign progress and control content quality to meet targets set by the supervisor.
- Ensure branding consistency and alignment of product communication across all advertising and campaigns.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for KOL marketing campaigns, working closely with the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with celebrities and mega KOLs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL/Influencer Specialist, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience with beauty brand promotion or extensive knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset.
- Data-driven thinker with an affinity for numbers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
