- Align account plans with the company's overall sales and business objectives.
- Prioritize key accounts based on potential revenue, profitability, and strategic importance.
- Lead negotiations for new contracts, service agreements, and renewals with key clients.
- Ensure terms are competitive yet profitable for the company while meeting the client’s needs.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms and SLAs.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues related to product performance, service delivery, or billing discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, client competitors, and market conditions.
- Analyze competitors' offerings and client feedback to refine product positioning or sales strategies.
- Advise clients on how market trends or new product offerings can impact their business and offer solutions accordingly.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of managing multiple high-value accounts and delivering on sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify new opportunities within key accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills to maintain long-term partnerships with key clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
