  • Ensure terms are competitive yet profitable for the company while meeting the client’s needs.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms and SLAs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues related to product performance, service delivery, or billing discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, client competitors, and market conditions.
  • Analyze competitors' offerings and client feedback to refine product positioning or sales strategies.
  • Advise clients on how market trends or new product offerings can impact their business and offer solutions accordingly.

Requirements :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple high-value accounts and delivering on sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify new opportunities within key accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to maintain long-term partnerships with key clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
