As we aim to broaden our operational scope, we're on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to become part of our energetic team. This role presents a thrilling chance to contribute to our ongoing expansion and to share in our journey of success. The selected candidate will be instrumental in performing vital administrative tasks to ensure our company's day-to-day activities run seamlessly.

Additionally, we currently boast a team of 7 account and administrative executives and are in the process of expanding our management team to further bolster our capability to meet growing demands and to continue providing exceptional services to our clients.

What do we need you to do?

  • Keep financial records up to date by documenting transactions, managing accounts receivable and payable, and reconciling bank statements.
  • Generate and scrutinize financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.
  • Oversee financial transactions to ensure they adhere to accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support the preparation and filing of tax returns, guaranteeing alignment with tax laws.
  • Handle the compilation and submission of statutory reports.
  • Provide assistance during internal and external audits by supplying required documentation and clarifications.
  • Work in tandem with other departments to offer financial insights that aid in decision-making, and establish communication with external entities like government agencies and banks.
  • Remain informed about updates in accounting standards and industry best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the immediate supervisor or management periodically.

What do we need from you?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with SQL accounting and payroll.
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Support payroll administration, including monthly payroll, ad hoc payments, commission, claims, other remunerations, statutory submission and annual activities.
  • Positive work demeanor, with the capability to operate both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Possess strong follow-up skills, ensuring efficient and effective communication and timely completion of tasks and commitments
  • Possess own transportation
  • Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
