Quality Control Engineer

Job Scope:
 Create inspection points to suit the assembly line.
 Establish inspection sheet for in-process inspection and recording.
 Assist root cause analysis for any non-conformity detected at assembly line.
 Work together with Process Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer to.
 Monitor and manage tool calibration cycle.
 Perform in-process inspection.
 Record, compile and analyze inspection data.

Requirements:
 Background: E&E/Quality
 At least 5 years of experience as QC Engineer/QA Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer/Process Engineer in Electronic Manufacturing or Electronic Assembly
 Knowledgeable and hands-on with electronic circuit drawing, inspection instruments, FMEA, Control Plan, FAI, RCCA, MSA
 Good communication and inspection skill, data analysis and teamwork
 Able to work independently and quickly adapt to assembly line changes.
 Understanding of ISO9001 and/or AS9100 standard.

 Understanding and able to apply IPC-A-610.
 additional point for experience in assembly of Avionics Equipment or Box-built.
