Job Description:
• Identify and target potential clients within various industries that require robust backup solutions, and other IT Products services.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of products.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts that clearly outline the service offered, pricing structure, and terms.
• Able to assist in quotation generation, order preparation, follow up on payment and shipment.
• Work closely with the Technical Support team to ensure deep understanding of the solution and technical aspects.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services, and expand professional connections.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Perform any other duties as may reasonable be required by the Head of Department.

Requirements:
• Candidate with basic knowledge in IT/Software/Hardware is preferred.
• Experienced selling on IT Products or Services is preferred.
• Responsible, self-motivated and result oriented with strong strive towards achieving targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Willing to work hard with positive attitude & desire towards success.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
