As a Sales Team Manager, you will play a key role in manage, inspire and motivate a team to exceed company targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a sales team, achieving targets, and driving growth.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds company targets and KPIs.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales goals.
• Regularly monitor sales team performance, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Serve as a positive role model and influencer within the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in a sales management role, within the financial services industry is Added Advantage.
• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing a successful sales team.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Charismatic, influential, and motivational leader who can inspire a team to achieve great results.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English, Chinese, and Malay is required.
