Responsibilities:-
Indoor Salesman
- Welcome and greet customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked store.
- Keep up to date with product information.
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
- Follow all companies’ policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable and active in cycling is advantages.
- Minimum 2 years of sales and business development experience
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Energetic, self-motivated, humble, proactive and team player.
- Pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
- Able to follow the retail operating hour and work on weekends and public holidays if required.
- Able to work under pressure
