Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing industrial materials and processes, with a focus on UV and heat-curable adhesives for industrial applications.

  • Lead in resolving project-related issues while ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
  • The role encompasses a blend of theoretical research, evaluations, and practical, hands-on work.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymers, Materials Science, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge in Polymers, Materials, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on skills in TMA, DMA, DSC, TGA, thermal conductivity, electrical resistivity, FTIR analysis, root cause analysis, and experimental design is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a plus, as the role may involve communication with overseas Mandarin-speaking associates and customers from China.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.
