SHIFT EXECUTIVE VTMS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in monitoring and planning Tugboats in Marine Resource Management System (MRMS), ensuring pilot are provided on timely manner.
• Overall In charge during Shift in Planning & Execution of Marines Resources as per Request.
• To Ensure Request are met on Demand as per Standard Practice on Assigned working Shift.
• Plan and execute MRMS resources to provide pilot in timely manner with an optimal result. (No delay on pilot boarding.)
• To plan and deploy right resources at right time to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) target. (<10mins for container vessels, <1hr for bunker vessels, <3hrs for Malakoff and Ship to Ship (STS)).
• To signoff completed vessel visit. (Two (2) hours after vessel visit data submission completed.)
• Responsible for the implementation of Information Security (IS) and IT Policies that reflect the organizations needs with regard to the protection of information and assets and the integrity and privacy of the organisations intellectual property.

REQUIREMENTS

• Physically and medically fit, normal color vision and good eyesight.
• Possess a minimum qualification Diploma in related field or equivalent.
• 3 years working experience in similar field.
• Possess good computer skills Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with all level of supporting people.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia language both spoken and written.
• Skillful in leadership, interpersonal, commercial awareness, analyzing and investigating, initiative, drive, flexibility, planning and organizing.
• Able to work in a shift system including Public Holiday.
