Job Descriptions:
• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships within international clients to drive sales growth and secure profitable business.
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities in international market.
• Follow up on new sales leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients and potential clients.
• Monitor international sales performance and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive and lead a high-performing international sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
• Communicate market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to relevant stakeholders to inform decision-making.
• Recommend strategic initiatives and action plans to optimize sales performance and drive business growth.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Degree / Master Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Food Science or related fields.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experiences in the FMCG industry.
• Proven experiences in international sales and business development roles.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers to drive sales growth
and secure profitability business.
• Leadership qualities with focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
