Account Executive (Immediate Hiring)

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Organize and archive financial documents for easy retrieval.
• Handle all billing operations, including invoice generation, payment processing, and follow-ups.
• Prepare regular financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial status.
• Collaborate with the Manager in presenting financial reports to management.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
  Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for optimizing financial performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  Address financial inquiries and provide support to other teams as needed.
• Support on HR related matters with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

Job Requirements

• Possess bachelor’s degree/LCCI in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Candidates with Full Set Accounts hands-on experience are preferred.
• Numerate and analytical, with good attention to detail
• A great team player, proactive and has a positive working attitude.
• A person who has passion in what he/she does and have a continuous learning mindset.
• Able to adapt in a fast-moving environment and flexible to change.
• Candidate who possess own transport is preferred
