Responsibilities And Duties

  • Develop and implement regional market communication strategies in line with the demand creation plan.
  • Translate technical requirements into business requirements and vice versa. Develop and execute content marketing strategies to engage the target audience, build strong relationships, and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and evaluate online and offline marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and promotional activities. Lead external agencies for events and press relationships, and coordinate with partners for joint marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all products, services, and other offerings align with the brand identity. Conduct ongoing brand management activities. Develop and promote branding initiatives that are consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
  • Participate in product design discussions and decisions, ensuring that the product design aligns with the brand identity and meets market positioning needs.
  • Support internal communication activities to foster a cohesive and informed team environment. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Be a proactive team player to ensure that the Sales & Marketing team’s objectives are met. Participate in and provide administrative support for all Marketing & Sales related activities.
  • Regularly track and report marketing performance, monitor similar industry activity, and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
  • Support all data intelligence tasks to ensure data-driven decision making and strategy development.

Education & Knowledge

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in Marketing or Marketing Communication, with an interest in agriculture or farming, is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field is required.

  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong desire and willingness to learn.
