  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our team is on the lookout for a skilled Cloud Engineer with a solid track record in cloud computing. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design, deployment, and management of cloud solutions, ensuring they meet our clients' business requirements. This role is a unique chance to engage with advanced cloud technologies and work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve excellence in solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and provide support for Azure and Alibaba Cloud platforms.
- Deploy and sustain cloud infrastructure according to industry best practices and specific client needs.
- Document technical processes and train end-users upon project completion.
- Test new functionalities in cloud products and communicate results to the team.
- Monitor and support cloud platform services, including Office 365 and Alibaba Cloud SAS services.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with the ability to read and write in both English and Chinese.
- A higher diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure solutions, preferably with platforms like Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, will be an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture principles and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Practical experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to address complex challenges in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to engage effectively with team members and clients.
