We are currently seeking a proficient IT Project Manager/Coordinator to enhance our team's capabilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in steering IT projects from the initial phase to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered in alignment with predetermined scope, timeframes, and financial parameters. Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the organization, implementation, and conclusion of IT initiatives, adhering to established methodologies and industry best practices for project management.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining a holistic perspective and ensuring cohesive progression.
- Articulate project scope, goals, deliverables, and benchmarks for success in partnership with key stakeholders and project personnel.
- Craft comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource assignments, guaranteeing prompt and effective project realization.
- Oversee project coordination and maintain open communication regarding milestones and dependencies among stakeholders and project contributors.
- Continuously track project development, pinpoint potential risks and complications, and devise contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
- Promote effective teamwork and open communication channels among project members, external vendors, and partners.
- Lead regular project meetings, provide status reports, and conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and pinpoint opportunities for advancement.
- Offer direction, mentorship, and support to junior members of the project team and stakeholders.
- Adhere strictly to relevant policies, norms, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with competent reading and good writing skills in both English and Chinese.
- Possession of a High Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of varied project management frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.
- Credentials in PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable Project Management certifications.
- Exceptional organizational acumen, adept at planning, and adept at time management, with a capacity to prioritize tasks while juggling numerous projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging professionally with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.
- Proficiency in the utilization of project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
