Microsoft Technology section:

• Responsible for effective operations and administration of servers in a medium to large Windows environment.
• Handle complex Windows issues and perform day-to-day support of the server environment independently.
• Be part of a team that leads system implementation for production, testing and development, disaster recovery.
• Pro-active monitoring and capacity planning of the server environment. Required to advice and lead complex system discussions and resolve technical issues.
• Provide high standard of technical support to end-users.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary. Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.

Cloud section:

• Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of virtualized environments using VMware technologies.
• Drive the adoption and integration of Alibaba Cloud solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align cloud infrastructure strategies with business goals and objectives.
• Provide executive oversight on cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement automation strategies for cloud infrastructure management.
• Conduct high-level security assessments and implement best practices to safeguard cloud environments.

Business Continuity section:

• To coordinate the process of disaster recovery plan covering for Genting Group of companies.
• To conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) with various stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate disaster recovery exercise for Genting Group of companies.
• To maintain and bookkeeping on disaster recovery plan.
• To maintain call tree contact list.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent.
• 1-year related working experience.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work out of office hours where necessary and on standby 24/7.
