  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors.
  • Prepare measurements including updated measurement with variations from time to time.
  • Prepare progress payment claims and variation orders.
  • Prepare materials reconciliation and budget.
  • Monitor materials order and delivery.
  • Monitor productivity of the machinery.
  • Prepare construction cost estimates
  • Prepare and pricing of bills of quantities for tender and value engineering thereof
  • Contract documentation
  • Prepare of cash flow forecasts
  • Advising clients/consultants on cost implications of arising variations
  • Carrying out site re-measurements
  • Carrying out interim valuations of works
  • Prepare project financial appraisals
  • Prepare of final account and agreeing with all parties
  • Call and review quotations submitted by subcontractors.
  • Attend regular progress meetings.
  • Specific responsibilities as outlined in the company’s ISO 9001: 2015 procedures.
  • Others work as requested by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and estimating of all kinds of building and civil works,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
