Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and foster enduring relationships with our clientele. This role demands a strategic thinker with a creative edge, capable of delivering impactful marketing initiatives that resonate within the entertainment and lifestyle sectors, focusing on food and beverage, event venues, activations, retail, hospitality, and nightlife. This role will be instrumental in redefining and optimising The Arch Galeries’ organic presence across the major social platforms, supporting us in achieving our overarching marketing and customer goals. As leaders in the food & beverage industry, we strive for innovative strategies which deliver measurable results. You will be also acting as an advisor to the business; identifying what delivers benefit in the world of social media and working with stakeholders to make recommendations on spend and return on investment, reputational positioning and customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tailor and drive organic social media strategies aligned with diverse business objectives, showcasing adaptability and innovative thinking.
  • Devise and execute comprehensive, high-impact strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other key social media platforms.
  • Apply technical knowledge of platform algorithms, features, and audience behaviours to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Comprehensively analyse data (engagement, effectiveness, reach, impressions, growth, clicks and conversion) from platforms and custom dashboards to derive actionable insights and shape recommendations for enhancing our social media footprint.
  • Identify and forge innovative partnerships with platforms, brands, and creators, exploring technical and creative collaborations that position The Arch at the forefront of groundbreaking initiatives; remaining mindful of business and customer benefit at all times.
  • Steering the evolution and impact of our social media presence on Tiktok, Douyin, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet sales targets and enhance brand equity across the entire Arch Galeries portfolio.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with the unique aspects of our offerings and target audience.
  • Brand Management: Maintain the integrity of The Arch Galeries’ identity across all marketing materials and platforms. Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer experience to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media strategies, online advertising, and content creation to maximise brand exposure and engage our diverse audience.
  • Customer Engagement: Implement targeted marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement. Utilise CRM systems to analyse customer data and tailor marketing efforts to the unique needs and preferences of different customer segments. Improve customer loyalty through effective use of loyalty programmes.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis. Leverage insights to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across sales, operations, F&B management, and event planning to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and operational capabilities.
  • Budget and Performance Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets and resources. Monitor and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal ROI.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the entertainment, lifestyle, events, luxury or hospitality sectors.
  • Deep understanding of marketing dynamics, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing trends in the entertainment and lifestyle industries.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and partnering effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, email marketing software, social media management tools, and web analytics.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, continuously seeking new ways to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and effectiveness.
