Assistant Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full set accounting, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Monitor account activities and assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to accounts.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement effective financial controls and procedures.
• Provide support in managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles; experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,504.59 per month
