Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design solutions that meet their telecommunications/ICT needs.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Develop and deliver compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and architecture diagrams.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their technical challenges.
- Provide input into product development based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operation support and as well Principal, to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a presales, technical sales, or engineering role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications/ICT network technologies (e.g., MPLS, SD-WAN, fiber optics, )
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with networking principles and protocols.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations
