QA Engineer (Senior & Junior Exec welcome , Bakar Arang, Sungai Petani)

• Familiar with ISO 9001 & TS 16949 /IATF 16949 standards is an added advantage
• Has experience in handle customer complaint is a bonus

Job Responsibilities :

• Handling QAQC activities
• Prepare documents such as PPAP, Control Plan, SPC, CPK, GTNR, FMEA for FAI parts in order to ensure the specification and quality of parts meet customer requirement
• To perform 8D/CAR report to improve product by using QC tool includes fishbone and conduct meeting with clients as necessary.
• To prepare RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substance) report, material, certificate, Certificate of Analysis (COA), material safety & data sheet (MSDS) as requested.
• Investigates NG (not good) products and collaborates with production team for counter measure and identify possible improvement.
• Utilized research study on wastewater treatment and chemicals that affected the quality of finished product with the assistance of Production /Plating Officer when dealing with appearance NG (not good product).
• Assist in chemical analysis in plating line and provides data of which chemicals or additives needed to be add on after analysis
• To monitor process of the whole plants and verify the quality degradation of parts which were cause by degreaser, lubricants, plating chemical or mechanical punching, stamping, blasting
• To involve in Sales Department includes engage with clients for cost negotiations, product quality performances and ongoing project progress such as project schedule, tool construction, FOT sample released.
• To perform product cost analysis before assist team in generate quotation to customers.
• To assist management in preparation of customer audit, ISO 9001 , ISO TS16949.
• To collaborate with QAQC / Production team to ensure product fulfil customer requirement based on ISO and IATF standard
• To attend to customer complaints, feedback, and discussion and feedback to internal department in handle non-confirming products and follow up on correction action plan.
• To assist Production Planning Department in daily production reports
• To assist Document Controller (DCC) Department, issue document to related department on following ISO standards.
• To register/modify new/amended product information into company system

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing / Process / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry .
• Candidate with QAQC experience but without engineering study background are also welcome to apply
• Preferably candidate with QA QC working experience.
• 1 - 3 years of working experience in Quality related role.
• Must be willing to work in Perusahaan Bakat Arang, Sungai Petani Kedah
• 5 Working Days / Week job.
• Basic Salary RM3500 – RM4500 (Commensurate with working experience)
• 1 Full time position is available.
