Responsibilities

1. Responsible for reporting to the IT Senior Manager on the daily Job duties and responsibilities.

2. To participate in any project activity deemed as reasonably required by the project manager.

3. Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP code following software best practices and methodologies.

4. Create technical specifications based on conceptual design and business requirements.

5. Collaborate with functional analysts and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

6. Participate in software development lifecycle activities, including design, code reviews, testing, and post-deployment support.

7. Identify and resolve performance issues in existing systems, and optimize programs for maximum efficiency and scalability.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest ABAP and SAP technologies and trends, and recommend improvements or modifications to existing systems as appropriate.

9. Develop, design, and customize ProcessMaker solutions to automate business processes.

10. Attends to other related administrative duties or ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.

2. Completed minimum 1 full life cycle implementation and preferable 3 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development.

3. Expertise in ABAP programming language, including experience with object-oriented programming, BAPIs, RFCs, and SAP function modules.

4. Experience working with SAP modules such as FI, MM, and SD.

5. Experience with SAP S/4HANA / ABAP development / ProcessMaker would be an advantage.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
