Senior Backend Developer (高级后端开发人员)

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend technologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement robust and scalable server-side applications. You will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our backend systems, ensuring they meet high performance and reliability standards.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems and APIs.
• Implement server-side logic, define and maintain databases, and integrate various services and systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design system architecture and technical specifications.
• Optimize backend systems for performance and scalability.
• Implement caching strategies and other optimization techniques to improve system performance.
• Implement and maintain security best practices to protect data and ensure system integrity.
• Stay updated with the latest security threats and mitigation strategies.
• Optimize database queries and manage database performance.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across the system.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
• Continuously improve and refactor existing code to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the overall improvement of development processes.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Company's clients are 100% from China, candidates must be fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Comfortable engaging industry for various iGaming platforms.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as NODE.Js (must), JavaScript , React
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with GraphQL APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for mentoring and guiding junior developers.
• Ability to review and refine code to ensure it meets performance, security, and maintainability standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies as needed.
