Call, deal and follow up with merchants to manage merchant related activities. • Evaluating incoming leads, assessing their potential value, and assigning them to appropriate sales teams or representatives • Handle the processing of new sign ups using Salesforce with accuracy and timeliness. • Assist in preparing contracts, sales documentation and coordinate merchant/relevant parties. • Engage and resolve merchant issues.
