Qualifications & experience
- Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in executing strategic recruitment activities for executive-level roles, with a strong track record of successful placements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field is acceptable. Preferred fields include Human Resources, Psychology, Finance and Engineering. Candidates without a degree but with proven experience in headhunting or recruitment are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in headhunting, recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, showcasing a solid background in handling high-level executive searches.
- Mindset and Attitude: Bring a positive, can-do attitude, a highly adaptive mindset, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle with precision. Conduct initial interviews, deeply understand candidate qualifications and skills, and ensure a strong culture fit for each placement
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review candidate activity and recruitment metrics to identify areas for process enhancement. Stay adaptable to new challenges and evolving job roles, consistently improving recruitment strategies.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients to fully understand their hiring needs and objectives. Offer expert consultative advice and maintain strong, trusted partnerships.
- Key Account Management: Develop effective working relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a valued consultant. Contribute to expanding our professional services portfolio through high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Industry Expertise: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and evolving recruitment methods. Provide insightful guidance to both clients and candidates based on your industry knowledge.
- Strategic Sourcing: Conduct strategic sourcing to attract executive-level candidates, leveraging both active and passive strategies. Apply the latest sourcing techniques while maintaining professionalism.
