Job Overview

Amani Wellness and Beauty & Co. is seeking a passionate and experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will also manage external agencies and vendors to ensure a cohesive brand message and successful marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
  • Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Manage brand partnerships, collaborations and events to expand reach and visibility.
  • Develop compelling marketing collaterals (brochures, website content, social media posts) that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors (e.g., advertising, PR, design) to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to spot opportunities for sales & growth.


Qualifications & Skill:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • An extrovert, go-getter, naturally curious about the world around, easily identify trends, latest events, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools and software.
