-Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage the team

-Oversee both front and back of house operations, including service crews and kitchen crews

-Ensure all Burger and Taco’s SOP and policies are adhered to

-Monitor food preparation quality and speed, as well as cleanliness and sanitation

-Possess full knowledge on food, beverages and services provided by the restaurant

-Enforce and manage all food safety and sanitation requirement and practices as per company’s standard

-Upkeep and maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness and safety with periodic spring cleaning

-Inspect food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered

-Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing team members

-Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same

-Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively, and communicate any feedback to Management for information and improvement

-Record kitchen operation wastage and report to Management daily

-Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience

-Review and deliver timely, accurate and complete daily report to management

-Conduct stock count and prepare order list, manage inventory and order stocks to ensure all products are available during shift

-Plan manpower’s weekly schedule
