Key Responsibilities:
- Product Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and source products that meet the company’s quality standards and consumer preferences. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts. Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.

- Cost Management: Analyze product cost structures and seek opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure products align with customer demand and company goals.
- Product Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and handle any issues related to product defects or recalls.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on procurement performance, cost savings, and inventory turnover. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, product management, or supply chain roles, preferably within wholesale and retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
