Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and source products that meet the company’s quality standards and consumer preferences. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.

  • Product Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and handle any issues related to product defects or recalls.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on procurement performance, cost savings, and inventory turnover. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement, product management, or supply chain roles, preferably within wholesale and retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
