Manage and monitoring all parts dimension and accuracy as per customer requirement and provide countermeasure action if found NG, All NG point need to update inside trouble list to ease monitoring purpose. Then, to control schedule of modification activities for mould, machine, jigs, etc to complete by next trial stage which committed by related department. Manage project progress as per product preparation schedule such as trial event, customer event, etc. Manage customer event delivery to ensure part delivery as per agreed date. Manage all development activities by achieving the target during Development and Mass Prod Audit toward mass production readiness. Monitoring quality performance of part during mass production stage (after development) within 3 months and support any activities to ensure production run smoothly. Support production engineering during assembly such as to confirm the glue setting, welding condition, photometric setting, leak setting, etc as per drawing requirement by check the section cut, glue weight, etc. Assist/Support superior or DGM any work related.
