Job Scope
- Finance operations role:
- Report directly to Finance in charge and coordinate with accounts team in Singapore
- Handle petty cash and daily expenses
- Monitor and update inward payments and telegraphic transfers
- Monitor and prepare payments to vendors
- Daily updating of bank ledger for all bank accounts, timely posting of invoices and bills and reconciliation
- Support team in daily operation and administrative tasks when needed
- Bookkeeping role:
- Bookkeeping, issuing, and filing invoices and payments bills timely
- Bank reconciliation and filing all bank statements timely
- Accounts receivables and Accounts Payable review and reconcile sub ledger to general ledger and verify invoices timely and accurately
- Maintain customers and vendors files
- Cross checking trading platform accounts/ledger against accounting ledger
- Yearly reconciliation and provide supporting documents for audit
- Support middle operations (i.e. inventory operations) when required
