As a Back-End Engineer fresh graduate, you will

1. Be an active participant in the development of high-volume, high-performance, low-latency, and reliable mission-critical applications.

2. Follow coding standards and development processes to ensure code quality and maintainability.

3. Assist in code reviews and issue resolution.

4. Design and develop new features based on requirements and specifications.

5. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and fix system defects.

6. Participate in technical discussions and project meetings, providing technical support and suggestions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or any relevant field.

2. Basic knowledge in Java or other programming languages is preferred.

3. Basic understanding of software development life cycle and agile development methodologies.

4. Possess baseline problem-solving and debugging skills.

5. Excellent communication skills and strong collaboration mindset.

6. Willingness to learn and stay update to date on new technologies and programming languages.

7. Foundational database knowledge, such as SQL, transaction and relational databases is preferred.
