Field Conductor - Oil Palm Plantations

As a Field Conductor in our oil palm plantations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating field activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the field workers, with a primary focus on productivity and work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of field workers, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
• Monitor and manage daily activities in the plantation, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful execution of planting and harvesting schedules.
• Assist in the training and development of field workers, with a focus on gender equality and diversity.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications:
